<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase opportunity for a user who uses a credit card to correct a payment. <P>SOLUTION: A sales detail information storage unit 34 stores sales detail information indicating sales by a credit card of a user. A user specifying unit 38 specifies the user on the basis of data received from a user terminal. A detail page generation unit 40 generates a sales detail page with a scheduled billing amount to the user written thereon on the basis of the sales detail information in response to a request from the user terminal. A detail page transmission unit 42 transmits the sales detail page generated by the detail page generation unit 40 to the user terminal.
