<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet management device capable of efficiently collecting a pallet. <P>SOLUTION: A system 1 manages a plurality of kinds of pallets P delivered-collected by a plurality of routes between a plurality of factories and a plurality of destinations. The system 1 allows to collect the pallets P of one factory to the other factory. A storage means 7 of the system 1 stores the each route collecting pallet kind ratio and the each route collecting pallet delivery destination ratio based on the past pallet collection information.
