<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of suppressing the consumption of a battery which becomes a power source by suppressing the power consumption of an electronic display device. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic display system includes: a plurality of electronic display devices 1 driven by a battery, and respectively installed in moving bodies; and an information distributing device 10 for distributing information indicated by the plurality of the electronic display device 1. The information distributing device 10 sends a beacon B in a predetermined sending period Tp. Each of the electronic display devices 1 detects the presence/absence of the beacon B in a predetermined detection period Te.
