<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio wave imaging method and a device for imaging a sample by high sensitivity and high resolution. <P>SOLUTION: The radio wave imaging device includes: outside output means for radiating an output signal from a radio wave source for generating a radio wave to the outside; an output lens for converging the radio wave emitted by the outside output means; an input lens for receiving and converging the radio wave radiated from the output lens and reflected by the sample; output input means for receiving the radio wave radiated from the input lens; and operation processing means for processing the input signal received by the outside input means and imaging samples. The outside output means and the outside input means are pole-shaped antennas surrounded by metallic cylinders, an input/output lens is a lens of a short focus distance, and it is set so that half-value full width of a radio wave intensity distribution becomes as wide as a radio wavelength. By placing the sample in an area where the radio wave intensity is raised, a direct wave from the sample is detected with high sensitivity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
