Provided is a fat or oil composition that has a good taste and flavor, comprising a diacylglycerol-rich fat or oil subjected to refining treatment. The fat or oil composition comprises: 20% by mass or more of diacylglycerols and 10% by mass or less of monoacylglycerols with respect to a total content of triacylglycerols, diacylglycerols, monoacylglycerols and free fatty acids in the fat or oil composition; and 2% by mass or less of fatty acid esters having a total carbon atom of 43 or more and less than 51 in the fat or oil composition. |
