<p>The present invention relates to a grating and a method of manufacturing a grating using eco-friendly wood composites, wherein the method performs drying, mixing and stirring, and extrusion molding for wood fiber as a main ingredient with colorant, lubricant, and coupling agent, so the composites with wood fiber as a main ingredient can be melted in a gel state and passed through a die mold to mold a synthesized grating, and molding of a drain outlet and a reinforcement rod can be formed integrally to enhance durability. The method of manufacturing a grating using eco-friendly wood composites mixes 70 wt% of wood fiber, 20 wt% of thermoplastic resin, 4 wt% of colorant, 2 wt% of lubricant, 2 wt% of coupling agents, and other additives, and melts and compresses the mixture as a gel through an extrusion device to manufacture a grating (1), which is rectangular or square, with a drain outlet (2). The grating (1) manufactured by the method, which is formed on a lower die foundation plate (40) of a lower die (30) of a mold (10), includes a horizontal width adjustment guide (100) and a vertical width adjustment guide (200) which can adjust the horizontal and vertical intervals, and also includes an opening adjustment bolt (310) to adjust the size of the opening of a drain outlet (2) of the grating (1).</p> |
