<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hammer head which can adjust abrasion characteristics against an impact on crush or pulverization.SOLUTION: The hammer head has a body part extending over a prescribed length from the rotor toward the repulsion stationary knife: the body part has a hardening build-up part that constitutes an impact load receiving face on an advance side in the rotational direction of the end on the repulsion stationary knife side and a soft steel part softer than the hardening build-up part provided inside the hardening build-up part and on the delay side in the rotational direction; the hardening build-up part forms the first edge with the impact load receiving face and an end face which crosses the impact load receiving face on the end side; the soft steel part has a soft steel part end face flush with the end face by keeping adjacent to the end face so as to abrade following the abrasion of the first edge of the hardening build-up part that accompanies crush or pulverization; the top face of the body part on the repulsion stationary knife side is provided with a groove closer on the delay side in the rotational direction than on the soft steel part end face, and the groove is provided with an additional hardening build-up part so as to be almost flush with the top face.</p> |
