<p>The invention relates to a shaping filter, aiming to keep in a wrinkled state a piece of weaving cotton cloth or filter cloth made of non-woven fabrics without resin treatment. The filter cloth (10) is prepared by needle-punched non-woven fabrics or fabric polymer. The cylindrical filter cloth has a wrinkled shape. Cloth liners (12) are configured on convex and concave portions (fold-back portions) of the wrinkled shape in an abutting manner from the outer side, and meanwhile opposite layers of the filter cloth (10) are stitched together via sewing threads. The cloth liners (12) on a stitched portion (16-1, 16-2) and a stitched portion (16-1, 16-2) are substantially extended along the wrinkled shape to the full length, thereby maintaining the wrinkled shape of the filter cloth (10).</p> |
