Method and device for measuring and/or correcting registration marks

The method involves determining position of measuring element (1) for measuring color of individual inks in multi-color printing. The measuring element is provided with non-rectangular sheet having elliptical basic shape and/or ellipse-like polygon shape. The non-rectangular sheet having different length is provided in mutually perpendicular directions. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a method for correction of deviation in measurement of color of individual inks in multi-color printing; and (2) a device for measuring and correcting color of individual inks in multi-color printing.
