The present invention relates to a hand-held heat shrinkable tube heater. A purpose of the present invention is to allow an easy portability and mobility and to enable a faster and easier tube shrinking operation. To fulfill the purpose, the heater of the present invention comprises: a cover unit (10) comprising a pair of a semi-circular shapes, connected to be rotated by a hinge shaft (11) on one side, and having a structure capable of being opened and closed; a heater (20) formed in an inner wall surface of the cover unit (10) and generating a heat by being supplied with an electric power; a body unit (30) formed and connected to an intermediate portion of the cover unit (10); a blowing fan (40) formed in the body unit (30) and for blowing air to the cover unit (10); and a handle unit (31) formed and connected to the body unit (30).
