<p>The present invention provides a method for producing a fermented alcoholic beverage and a fermented alcohol beverage using the same wherein the fermented alcoholic beverage comprises 0.5 to 4.5 parts by weight of dietary fiber based on 100 parts by weight. In particular, if an indigestible dextrin among dietary fibers is contained, it is possible to produce a fermented alcoholic beverage which has a remarkable balance of savor, flavor, and savory taste of a traditional liquor (unrefined rice wine).</p> |
