The present invention relates to a system capable of allowing consumers to check an entire amount of money for payment before making a payment to purchase a product by including a system calculating the entire amount of the payment by subtracting and adding the payment and basic information of the purchased product including price information of the product by reading an RFID tag information and a barcode of the product as a handy barcode scanner is attached to a shopping cart in a large shopping center. The system comprises: a handy barcode scanner terminal (10) reading barcode information; a display (20) displaying product information read by a barcode reader (20) for the customers; a keypad (30) manipulated to read the product information and add and subtract the amount of payment through the display (20); a memory module storing data about the product information; a rechargeable battery (40) reading the barcode information of the product through the handy barcode scanner terminal (10) by receiving a manipulation input of the key pad (30), outputting the results through the display (20), and supplying necessary power for the operation of the components; and a power supply part (50) charging the rechargeable battery (40).
