A user terminal apparatus is disclosed. The user terminal apparatus comprises a user interface part including a physical guide guiding a user interaction for a UI screen; and a control part providing a UI screen corresponding to a context changed based on the physical guide, when a context of an external device is changed, and transmitting a signal for controlling the external device to the external device upon a touch interaction input through the physical guide.
