<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector that suppresses variation in the impedance of a contact and properly maintains impedance matching with a mating connector, and to provide a contact used for the connector.SOLUTION: A connector includes a first housing 110, a second housing 120, and contacts 130. Each contact has a first held portion 131 held by the first housing, a second held portion 132 held by the second housing, and a spring portion 133 formed between the first and second held portions. The spring portion is composed of at least two or more spring pieces 133a that are parallel to each other, two connection portions 133c, and a slit 133b extending between the spring pieces. Each of spring piece has a pair of linear portions 133a-1 each extending from two connection portions and a bent portion 133a-2 connecting between the linear portions. A coupling portion 140 is provided at the top of the bent portion so as to divide the slit into two portions.</p> |
