The present invention relates to a hydrogen ion conducting solid oxide fuel cell and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, a manufacturing method of a hydrogen ion conducting solid oxide fuel cell comprises the steps of: preparing a fuel electrode; forming a first electrolytic layer comprising an yttrium doped barium zirconate (BZY)-based solid oxide on the fuel electrode; manufacturing a half-cell as forming a second electrolytic layer comprising an yttrium doped barium zirconate (BZY)-based solid oxide on the first electrolytic layer; sintering the fuel electrode, the first electrolytic layer, and the second electrolytic layer at the same time; and forming a cathode on the second electrolytic layer.
