<p>The present invention relates to a gate cutting system for an injection molded product, comprising: a product mounting unit on which a plurality of plastic injection molded products is mounted through the gate of the product mounting unit; a cutting unit which has cutters moving vertically to cut the gates of the plastic injection molded products mounted on the product mounting unit; temperature setting database (DB) which stores information on heating temperature to heat the cutters to a temperature suitable to the type of plastic injection molded products, and sets a temperature to which cutters are to be heated based on the information on heating temperature; and a heating unit which senses the temperature of the cutters and heats the cutters to the heating temperature. According to the present invention, the heating temperature of cutters can be set differently according to melting points of injection molded resin and characteristics of cut surfaces of gates of injection molded products, and defects in cut surfaces of gates can be minimized. The present invention can also be applied in various kinds of injection molded products.</p> |
