A biochip comprising: a multilayer comprising a substrate, an indium nanoparticle layer deposited on the substrate, a dielectric layer deposited on the indium nanoparticle layer in the substrate, and a charging layer deposited on a portion of the indium nanoparticle layer deprived of the dielectric layer; and a CMOS image sensor; wherein the indium nanoparticle layer is 10 to 20 nm in thickness; and wherein the dielectric layer is configured to cause an analyte without a tag to bind to the dielectric layer, and in response to the bound analyte without a tag the CMOS image sensor can measure a change in light intensity and provide a signal representative of detected analyte without a tag. | ||
