<p>The present invention relates to a method for cutting an injection-molded material, which includes: firstly cutting both lateral outer portions of the material with two cutting blades at once; and after rotating the material, secondly cutting both lateral inner portions of the material with the two blades at once, thereby significantly reducing work hours and required equipment. Since, instead of a conventional pneumatic cylinder, a servo-motor is used to make it easy to control speeds and positions of the blades, the blades cut the material smoothly and it is possible to extend durability of the blades and to produce precise and constant sized materials. In addition, it is possible to prevent a defect in goods since a vision camera recognizes a direction of the injection-molded material disposed at a cutting position. The method for cutting an injection-molded material according to the present invention comprises the following steps: (a) moving the injection-molded material to a cutting position; (b) checking a direction of the material moved to the cutting position by recognizing dots and characters of the material with a vision camera; (c) setting the disposition of the material moved to the cutting position; (d) firstly cutting both lateral outer portions of the material with two cutting blades at once; (e) moving the material again to the cutting position after pulling out the material from the cutting position the first cutting of which was finished and rotating the material; (f) repeating (b) and (c) steps; (g) secondly cutting both lateral inner portions of the material moved to the cutting position again with the two cutting blades at once; (h) adhering the plate body of the material the second cutting of which was finished to a vacuum pad and transferring the material; and (i) wrapping the plate body of the material in a packing film via a packing roller.</p> |
