<p>The present invention relates to an electrical resistance (20) of non-circular cross-section for use on electric water-heating apparatuses, comprising at least one portion of heating means (1) and at least two association elements (2), either integrated or not with the heating means (1), configuring a single piece or formed by parts obtained in another manufacture step, the assembly being obtained by a process of manufacturing continuous or non-continuous plates, such as stamping, cutting, pressing, folding and/or spinning process, by using or not using technologies like water cutting, wire cutting (electroerosion), laser, chemical stamping, magnetic pressing, with improvement of the mechanical resistance and prediction of empty spaces (6) between the conductive sectors (5) to raise the thermal efficiency, having also flexibility to fit into any type of electric apparatus or that can be installed with of without a mechanical, support, be it dielectric or not.</p> |
