<p>The present invention relates to a water saving type hot and cold water mixing valve comprising: a cylindrical case (10); a mixing chamber (20); a handle for temperature control having a cylindrical groove (32) formed on a center of one end to insert one end of a bias spring (21); a shape-memory alloy spring (40); and a spring fixing unit (50) fixated in an inner right end of the cylindrical case (10) such that the right end of the shape-memory alloy spring (40) is inserted to be fixated. The present invention can supply mixed water at a predetermined temperature in accordance to a set temperature by applying the shape-memory alloy spring applying heavy load in a small displacement of a faucet to supply hot and cold water in a bathroom, a kitchen, a washroom, the bias spring, and the mixing chamber; thereby reducing waste of water due to the temperature control and allowing a user to safely use the faucet. The present invention is manufactured as a compatible part with a part of an existing mixing faucet to be miniaturized; intactly utilizes the existing mixing faucet to save resources and reduce financial burdens; simplifies parts coupled to therein to facilitate manufacture and coupling; minimizes costs required for the manufacture of the product to have excellent economical efficiency; and is stably used for a long time without malfunctions.</p> |
