A compound represented by the formula below wherein (1) R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9, R10, R11 and R12 each are independently selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a cyano group, an alkoxy group, a thiol group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 50 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy group having 1 to 50 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted alkenyl group having 1 to 50 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted arylene group having 6 to 60 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 60 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted aryloxy group having 6 to 60 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted C1˜C50 alkyl group having at least one of sulfur (S), nitrogen (N), oxygen(O), phosphorous (P) and silicon (Si), a substituted or unsubstituted C5˜C60 heteroaryl group having at least one of sulfur (S), nitrogen (N), oxygen(O), phosphorous (P) and silicon (Si), and a substituted or unsubstituted C5˜C60 heteroaryloxy group having at least one of sulfur, nitrogen, oxygen, phosphorous and silicon; (2) R13 and R14 each are independently selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 50 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy group having 1 to 50 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted alkenyl group having 1 to 50 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted arylene group having 6 to 60 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 60 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted aryloxy group having 6 to 60 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted C1˜C50 alkyl group having at least one of sulfur (S), nitrogen (N), oxygen(O), phosphorous (P) and silicon (Si), a substituted or unsubstituted C5˜C60 heteroaryl group having at least one of sulfur (S), nitrogen (N), oxygen(O), phosphorous (P) and silicon (Si), and a substituted or unsubstituted C5˜C60 heteroaryloxy group having at least one of sulfur, nitrogen, oxygen, phosphorous and silicon; and (3) X is C(Ra)(Rb), O, P(Rd), S, Si(Re)(Rf), or Ge (Rg)(Rh), wherein Ra, Rb, Rd, Re, Rf, Rg and Rh each are independently selected from the group including an alkyl group having 1 to 50 carbon atoms, and an aryl group having 6 to 60 carbon atoms. |
