The present invention relates to a waterwheel for a small hydro power plant including a waterwheel for a small hydro power plant installed in a frame of the bottom of a drain through which treated water of a water treatment device is discharged, and being connected with a power plant by a number of pulleys and belts as one body with a shaft to be able to rotate. The present invention makes the waterwheel for a small hydro power plant installed in a frame of a side of a drain for treated water of a water treatment facility to be connected with an external power plant by installing a number of buckets around a single main frame disc, which takes a shape of a bobbin by blocking the sides of the buckets with a blocking plate and blocking a rear end with an internal surface circumference plate; and lets the discharged treated water work as a force to rotate the waterwheel as a result of consecutively filling the number of buckets. The waterwheel of the present invention is made by installing a plurality of reinforcing fixtures to cross each other on both sides; installing an internal surface circumference plate in a shape of a ring on both sides of a main frame disc with a number of bucket installation grooves with a uniform interval on the circumference; connecting a semicircular tray fixture to be close; attaching a bucket whose front opening part and rear opening part are blocked respectively by a front blocking plate and a rear blocking plate to a bucket installing groove of the main frame disc; and attaching a blocking plate on both sides of the installed bucket.
