<p>The present invention provides a waterproofing and insulating sheet of a concrete structure comprising: a waterproof layer consisting of rubberized asphalt and an aluminum sheet, and formed as a sheet type structure; and a thermo shield coating layer coated while being exposed to the outer surface of the waterproof layer and including a hollow layer. The present invention has effects of having excellent waterproof and insulation performances, having excellent durability according to an air temperature change, enhancing adhesion, and preventing problems of leakage, cracks, and damage to a joint.</p> |
