<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for turning operations of tube-ends of a hydraulic cylinder. According to the present invention, in an apparatus for turning operations of tube-ends welded and combined with the end of a hydraulic cylinder, the apparatus of the present invention comprises: a housing with a control panel in a certain position on the outside; a clamping jig installed in a certain position on the floor in the housing to be able to rotate for fixating the tube-ends; and a processing tool installed in a certain position on the top inside of the housing for performing turning operations on the outer circumferential surface, the top surface, the inner circumferential surface, and the bottom surface of the tube-ends fixated to the clamping jig. The processing tool comprises: a moving plate combined with a rail installed on the top of the housing to be able to slide and move; a connecting plate combined with the end of a cylinder placed in the moving plate; a turret combined with a servo motor placed on the connecting plate to be able to rotate; a plurality of holders installed along the outer circumferential surface of the turret to be distanced from each other by a certain distance; and a plurality of tools installed on a plurality of holders.</p> |
