three or more sections of clips that form a continuous band for resting at or near a top rim of the smaller diameter cup at multiple points 120 degrees or less apart about a circumference of the smaller diameter cup for enabling the top rim of the smaller diameter cup to rest substantially horizontally with a top rim of the larger diameter cup; wherein the sections of clips at least temporarily adhere to the smaller diameter cup. |
