<p>The present invention selectively cuts a profile manufactured in a prescribed length member into horizontal frames and vertical frames needed to manufacture two or more windows and supplies the frames, and selects horizontal frames and vertical frames composing a single window among the horizontal frames and the vertical frames cut in different lengths to fuse the selected frames by automatically sorting and transporting the horizontal frames and the vertical frames to minimize remnant pieces obtained from cutting the profile into the frames to reduce material costs and improve productivity and marketablility through the automatic sorting work. More specifically, the present invention uses a conventional conveyor to transport the horizontal frames and the vertical frames to select the horizontal frames and the vertical frames composing a single window by transporting the frames on the conveyor and moving the conveyor. Therefore, the conventional conveyor is used to select desired frames to simplify a structure, reduce manufacturing costs, and easily install and use the sorting apparatus. And, the present invention can separate horizontal frames and vertical frames required for two or more windows. Therefore, a plurality of window fusing devices can be connected to the sorting apparatus in accordance with the present invention to simultaneously fuse and manufacture windows of different sizes.</p> |
