a frame comprising a handle connected to a substantially enclosed loop having an upper surface, said frame having a first axis extending in a direction parallel thereto; a net attached to said loop of said frame, for holding the fish; and a measuring scale running linearly along said first axis, wherein said measuring scale comprises a plurality of spaced-apart length markings marked along said upper surface of said loop of said frame, to measure the size of the fish by comparing the fish to said length markings disposed on said upper surface of said loop. |
