The present invention relates to an energy saving temperature control device capable of drastically improving cooling and heating efficiency by utilizing freezing phenomenon occurring on the outer surface of a liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) tank for cooling and waste heat collected after radiated from a gas burner for heating and vaporizing. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the energy saving temperature control device comprises: a cooling unit having a heat transfer plate surrounding the outer surface of the LPG tank and a heat exchange plate being in contact with the heat transfer plate and having an inner pipe embedded to make predetermined fluid move; a first connection pipe connected to the inner pipe to transfer the fluid; and a temperature control part to receive the fluid received from the first connection pipe. The cold air of the LPG tank is generated by the internal vaporizing phenomenon of the LPG tank, at least some of the cold air is transferred to the heat exchange plate by the heat transfer plate, and the fluid moving along the inner pipe is cooled by the cold air transferred by the heat exchange plate. The temperature control part performs the cooling of a place where the temperature control part is installed using the cooled fluid as a refrigerant.
|
