The present invention relates to an exhaust tail trim for a vehicle. The exhaust tail trim for a vehicle comprises: an external trim unit coupled to a bumper cover of which heat deflection temperature is at least 300 degrees Celsius, comprising: a plastic material; an internal trim unit installed in the external trim unit of which the heat deflection temperature is at least 300 degrees Celsius comprising the plastic material or an aramid material, and guiding an exhaust gas discharged from a muffler; and a trim support unit installed in the bumper cover supporting the internal trim unit comprising the plastic material. The present invention has reduced weight of a vehicle body to improve fuel efficiency.
