The present invention relates to a laminated ceramic electronic component and an embedded board thereof. The laminated ceramic electronic component includes a ceramic body including a dielectric layer; first and second internal electrodes facing each other in the ceramic body while having the dielectric layer between the electrodes; and first and second external electrodes formed at both ends of the ceramic body. A plurality of protrusions is formed on one, embedded in a board, among surfaces of the first and second external electrodes. Therefore, the present invention is capable of preventing a chip twist during embedding work, and improving fixing force.
