FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: unit contains the main extruder which compresses and transports the melted pitch material, a head releasing the pitch material as a profile with pre-set shape, and an additional unit for auxiliary extruding which squeezes and transports the pitch composition for auxiliary extruding to one side of the head for formation of a surface layer on the profile surface. The novice is that the head has the space for compression which receives the pitch composition for auxiliary extruding added from the additional unit for auxiliary extruding, squeezes and supplies it on the profile surface, and the space for compression is fitted with pass guide, dividing the flow of pitch composition for auxiliary extruding. The additional unit contains a connector for change of the direction of the movement of pitch composition for auxiliary extruding and a curved section which smoothly changes the direction of movement of pitch composition, and the internal diameter of the connector formed between the inlet hole and the outlet hole of the connector, and the inner diameter of the connector becomes narrower from the inlet opening towards the outlet opening so the speed of movement and pressure of pitch composition are increased.EFFECT: ensuring of improved pass in the additional unit of pitch composition and prevention of its carbonization, and also prevention of overconsumption of energy when transporting the pitch composition.6 cl, 15 dwg |
