<p>An apparatus and method to determine the cracking characteristics of fine grained soil by studying the environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, specimen dimension and soil type. The present invention is to determine the evaporation rate of the fine grained soil and therefore controls the cracking of the fine grained soil. Investigating these characteristics helps to understand the vulnerability of cracking of soil when doped with chemicals under different environmental conditions.</p> |
