FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optical materials for high-power pulsed amplifier apparatus. Such materials are phosphate glass with a special composition, used to make absorbing shells for attaching to lateral faces of large-size disc active elements made of concentrated neodymium phosphate glass. The glass composition includes, wt %: PO57.53-63.29, SiO1.46-1.99, BO0.91-1.10, NaO 2.88-3.02, KO 4.92-5.10, AlO4.22-6.56, CaO 0.48-0.51, BaO 8.02-18.03, SrO 0.21-8.95, NdO3.49-3.64, CuO 0.15-0.28 (over 100 wt %).EFFECT: matching copper-containing phosphate glass for absorbing shells with neodymium phosphate glass on such parameters as the refraction index and coefficient of thermal expansion.1 tbl, 1 dwg |
