Disclosed is a method for purifying polluted water using liquid separated from food waste. The method for purifying polluted water using a liquid separated from food waste comprises the steps of: preliminarily coagulating organic material included the polluted water by adding, into the polluted water, a first additive comprising an aqueous solution of a metal hydroxide having a hydroxyl group (-OH); and upon a completion of preliminary coagulation, secondarily coagulating and settling the preliminarily coagulated material by adding, into the polluted water, a second additive comprising a separated liquid condensed solution extracted from the liquid separated from the food waste. The present invention is capable of polluted water treatment that is not harmful to the human body by using the separated liquid condensed solution, which is a natural material, by preliminarily coagulating organic material included in the polluted water by adding, to the polluted water, the first additive comprising the aqueous solution of metal hydroxide, and using the separated liquid condensed solution which is extracted from the liquid separated from the food waste in the step of adding the secondary additive to coagulate the preliminarily coagulated material and settling same. |
