The present invention relates to a solid type makeup cosmetic composition and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a novel makeup cosmetic composition and a manufacturing method thereof, which is combined an advantage of the existing foundation product having moistness, skin coverage, and correction of skin texture/tone with an advantage of a powder product having softness and makeup persistency using a viscosity increasing agent in an oil phase and a moisturizing ingredient.
