The present invention relates to a vehicle seat pad having a partially different hardness. A purpose thereof is to provide a vehicle seat pad having a partially different hardness and a manufacturing method thereof wherein a pad having softness and a pad having hardness are stack structured in an entire area of the vehicle seat pad including a main seating portion in contact with a human body as well as a bolster portion in support of sides of a femoral region such that a user′s comfort and durability can be further improved. For this purpose, the present invention comprises: a lower mold (100) configured to form one side of a seat pad in contact with a human body; an upper mold (200) coupled to the lower mold (100) and forming the other side of the seat pad; and an intermediary mold (300) inserted inside a mold space formed by the lower mold (100) and the upper mold (200) and having a hardness separation member (350) for separating pad regions having different hardness levels.
