A slag crushing device for a ladle is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the slag crushing device for a ladle comprises: a rotating member entering the inside of a ladle through a tap hole of the ladle; a slag crushing unit having one or more crushing chains connected to a front end of the rotating member and one or more crushing hammers connected to the crushing chains; and a driving motor rotating the rotating member in the outside of the ladle.
