<p>The present invention relates to a skewer skewering apparatus wherein foods such as meat, vegetables and fish are skewered to a skewer for grilled skewer, the invention comprising: a mount; a support installed on an upper part of the mount and having a plurality of seating grooves arranged such that a plurality of skewers are placed; a pusher for applying pressure on a rear of the skewers placed on the mount such that the skewers are moved forward; an operating means for operating the pusher; a receiving frame disposed in a front of the skewers and having a receiving space for holding and storing an object; and a presser having a pressing plate to apply pressure on an upper part of the receiving space wherein the presser is hinged and fixated at one end thereof to a hinge shaft, is mounted to be foldable, thereby, is mounted such that a height of the hinge shaft is lifted and lowered, and thereby, regardless of height difference of objects, the pressing plate of the presser is allowed to apply pressure on the receiving space of the receiving frame in a horizontal position, accordingly, a large amount can be skewered in a short time and in addition, skewers can be precisely skewered to a center of an object even if objects to be skewered are of various sizes.</p> |
