FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, to surgery. Embolisation of right portal vein for hypertrophy of left part of liver is performed 2-3 weeks before operation. Central bisectionectomy S4, S5, S8 is realised. After resection lumen of right branch of portal vein is opened and embolisation materials are ablated.EFFECT: method ensures reduction in quantity patients with acute hepatic failure in post-operative period due to prevention of hepatic failure after extensive resection of liver due to increase of functional volume of parenchyma, remaining after resection.1 dwg, 1 ex |
