FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vibration equipment. The vibrator includes the casing and piezoelement. The piezoelement is made in form of the package of piezoceramic rings, to their internal surface the key elements are secured, they enter the appropriate slots in the cylindrical mandrel. Axis of symmetry of the mandrel is at right angle to the base, and disk a connected with the mandrel is in contact by its bottom surface with the top piezoceramic ring of the piezoelement. On the top surface of the disk the measuring piezoelements are installed. Disk OD is equal to OD of the package of the piezoceramic rings, and base is plate with rectangular shape. The current conducting casing is made in form of the cylindrical shell, at that the bottom end of the shell rests on the ring, rigidly secured to the top plane of the base, coaxially with the mandrel, and top end is covered by the lid with central hole for tip. The device is also provided with the strain sensors, and in the cylindrical mandrel an internal cavity is made, it is filled with elements making additional stochastic motion. At that, in the bottom part of the cylindrical mandrel the lid is secured using the fasteners.EFFECT: extension of frequency range of the vibration accelerations.2 dwg |
