<p>The present invention relates to an epoxy composite material and a preparing method thereof. According to the present invention as described above, the invention provides an epoxy composite material having an improved thermal conductivity by using electroless nickel-boron coated multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) as a filler, and a preparing method thereof. Accordingly, the invention provides a reinforced epoxy composite material which contains an electroless nickel-boron coated multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) and which has an improved thermal conductivity in an economical and simple method by a mechanical mixing method. Further, there is an effect in that the epoxy composite material can be effectively used as a heat dissipation material such as a heat pad, a heat substrate, and the like with an improved thermal conductivity.</p> |
