摘要 FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, in particular, to torsional vibration dampers. A damper comprises an outer casing with a flange, an inner part installed inside and rotating in respect to the outer casing, a row of intermediate parts, a row of assembly units of flat springs having one or more flat springs, and a ferrule. The row of intermediate parts is located around the inner part and is distanced from each other in circumferential direction so that to form a row of cavities filled by damping medium. Flat spring units are mounted in the cavities, their outer end parts are engaged with receptacles formed between the adjacent intermediate parts, and the inner end parts are engaged with the inner part. The ferrule is set around the intermediate parts and flat spring units to fix the flat spring units between the intermediate parts. The receptacles between the adjacent intermediate parts and the radial outer end parts of flat spring units which mate them are tapering inwards along the radius in a cone-like manner. The intermediate parts are formed as solid part of the outer casing flange. The radial outer end parts of flat spring units are radially pressed to the receptacles by the ferrule.EFFECT: simplified assembly of a damper or a clutch, provision for accurate positioning of flat spring units and possibility to obtain the required damping properties in small tolerance ranges.11 cl, 4 dwg
