FIELD: electricity.SUBSTANCE: composite contains (wt %): phosphate ions in equivalent of PO- 12.1-16.1; aluminium ions - 1.3-1.7; magnesium ions - 0.3-0.5; colloidal silicone dioxide modified by chromic oxide (CrO) in equivalent of (SiO+CrO) - 13.1-15.2 and water up to 100. Weight ratio of CrO/SiOin the composite is equal to 0.05-0.1.EFFECT: increased stability of the composite at non-available highly toxic chromium ions allows production of insulating coatings of good marketable state and improved physical and mechanical characteristics and magnetic properties.1 tbl, 8 ex
