FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to ball mills with mixer, particularly to separator with dynamic elements for such mills, and to their operation. This mill comprises cylindrical grinding chamber with inlet and outlet and extra crushing bodies. Mixer shaft is engaged with the drive to transfer a portion of drive power to extra crushing bodies. Separator is arranged around rotational axis and/or spinning about said axis and includes dynamic element. The latter is provided with radial channels or vanes to create material flow. Operation of this mill consists in that one said separator is combined with at least one dynamic element to create the flow of material extending between separator outlet and its inlet inside grinding chamber.EFFECT: separator prevents unloading of extra bodies from the mill.16 cl, 7 dwg |
