A method, client device and system of identity authentication are provided. The method includes: detecting a login or register operation via a login interface on a user interface of the application client; obtaining identity information and an identifier of the application client once the login or register operation via the login interface is detected; coding the identity information and the identifier into a code, and displaying the code, where a mobile terminal obtains the code, decodes the code to obtain the identity information and the identifier, and sends the identity information, the identifier, and account information of the mobile terminal to the authentication server for authentication; and receiving, by the application client, an authentication result from the authentication server.. |
