<p>Various embodiments of the present invention relate to methods and systems for monitoring business functions. This provides aggregate functional measures to obtain insights on activities of the various function of a business that are divided into dimensions such as market, customer, supplier, human capital,operations, IT and Finance. An aggregate measure is established for each business function. Each of the aggregate measures comprises a set of related measures is established for each functions namely sales,product, conversion, compliance, support, etc. A value of at least one of the measures may be calculated to provide an indication for monitoring of business function. The values of the aggregate measures together provide an indication of monitoring of overall business performance.</p> |
