The present invention relates to an armrest coupling structure for a foldable chair to effectively fixate an armrest made of a woven sheet to a frame making up the framework of a chair. According to the present invention, the armrest coupling structure for a foldable chair has a fixating coupler separately provided at the tip of a frame to be coupled to the armrest among various frames of the foldable chair, wherein the tip of the armrest made of a woven sheet is fixated to the fixating coupler.
