<p>The present invention relates to a skewer skewering apparatus wherein foods such as meat, vegetables and fish are skewered to a skewer for grilled skewer, the invention comprising: a mount; a support installed on an upper part of the mount and having a plurality of seating grooves arranged such that a plurality of skewers are placed; a pusher for applying pressure on a rear of the skewers placed on the mount such that the skewers are moved forward; an operating means for operating the pusher; a receiving frame disposed in a front of the skewers and having a receiving space for holding and storing an object; and a presser having a pressing plate to apply pressure on an upper part of the receiving space wherein the pusher has a moving means mounted on both sides of a pressure plate and enables the moving means to perform a slide operation by being installed to a rail shaft, a material of the moving means is manufactured with an engineering plastic which is excellently wear-resistant, self-lubricating and corrosion-resistant and accordingly, the moving means slides in a simple structure without using a separate bearing, and is water washable, in addition, the support loaded with skewers is formed in a double structure comprising a mount bar having a plurality of seating grooves, and an auxiliary bar for adjusting a horizontal position of the seating groove, and accordingly, the horizontal adjustment and the height adjustment of the seating groove are easily performed by using the auxiliary bar such that a skewer can be precisely skewered to a center of an object.</p> |
