FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical equipment, namely to a guidance system for tubular object guidance, as well as to a catheter system comprising the above guidance system. The guidance system comprises two radially opposed drive wheels for tubular object guidance between the drive wheels. Each drive wheel has a wheel spin axis and comprises a collection of rollers distributed about the wheel spin axis. The rollers are rotatable. Each roller has a roller spin axis and an outer drive surface curved inwards to correspond to the roller spin axis. The roller spin axis is inclined to the wheel spin axis. The rollers of each drive wheel form a mutually guiding periphery for the tubular object. The catheter system comprises a catheter and the above guidance system.
