A sheet for absorbing impact and vibration of the present invention comprises: sealing buoyancy structures (10a) having a basket (1), a buoyancy solution (2), a buoyancy shape (3a), and a sealing cover plate (4); a lower foaming cushioning material (40); an upper stiffener (20); and a beautification adhesion sheet (30). The buoyancy solution (2) and the buoyancy shape (3a) are inputted into the basket (1). Flat surfaces of the basket (1) and the sealing cover plate (4) are welded and bonded and form the sealing buoyancy structure. A plurality of sealing buoyancy structures (10a) are inserted into insertion holes of the basket (1) of the lower foaming cushioning material (40). The upper stiffener (20) is attached on an upper surface of the lower foaming cushioning material (40) in which a plurality of sealing buoyancy structures (10a) are inserted. The beautification adhesion sheet (30) is attached on an upper surface of the upper stiffener (20). |
